A 1.5-hour ​peaceful meander along the Alamo Canyon Loop Trail (western leg) at Catalina State Park. We’ll walk ​silently around saguaros, mountains, rocks and mesquites. ​There will be time to​ go at our own pace: to ​notice our footsteps and heartbeats, listen to ​what's around us, ​feel the weather, sniff scents and study nature. Afterward, we’ll gather for a ​short meditation, then write and share to nature-inspired prompts. 

 

Limit 8. Free + park entrance fee.
