This series blends writing exercises with group discussion, inspiration, home practice and reading aloud. Among the topics we explore: how to start (or return to) writing and stay in motion; basics of writing with clarity and purpose; what to do with the inner critic; and why to cultivate writer-pals. This well-rounded workout will not only cheer you on but also strengthen your writing muscles. For all writers. 




Supplies. We tend to be more grounded and creative when we write using old-fashioned materials like pen and paper. Please bring your favorite pen and notebook. Thank you. 


The April series is offered through the Pima County Natural Resources Parks and Recreation department.
