This will be a one-hour, slow, silent meander near the Sutherland Wash / Alamo Canyon Loop Trail. We’ll follow our noses, listen to our heartbeats, and tune into the natural magic around us. Later, we'll gather in a quiet spot for a brief meditation, plus writing and sharing to nature-inspired prompts.
